Beena Paul[1] is an award winning Indian film editor.[2] She has mainly worked on Malayalam-language films
Beena Paul was born in 1961 to a Malayali father (M P Paul) and a Kannadiga mother (Sarada). She was brought up in Delhi. She completed editing course from Film and Television Institute of India, Pune. During her stay in Pune, she fell in love with her senior Venu(who later become a prominent cinematographer) and they got married on 1983.The couple have one daughter named Malavika.
She hold the post of 'Artistic Director' of International Film Festival of Kerala[3][4]
